A note on radio interference
The HDMI input on this board is sensitive to radio interference from cellular modems sitting close to the board. Symptoms: frame drops, freezes, or no signal at all on capture. Keep modems and the HDMI cable physically separated in your build. The Rock 5B+ has largely solved this; if you have not bought hardware yet, that is the safer pick.
